Michael says, “I actually started my magic and music career back home in 1970’s Montreal, using the stage name “Shawn Stevens”, because I liked Shawn Phillips’ mystical image and the music of Cat Stevens. As a solo act and with only my acoustic Aria, I did colleges, Parks and Recreation events, and coffeehouses in and around my Montreal. Never reaching the musical heights of my drummer father Lou Likey who put me through college with his career, (he made quite a name for himself back then) he bought me my first guitar (the Aria) at Steve’s Music Store in downtown Montreal, as well as my second guitar, a lovely nylon-stringed one from Pascal, a hardware store near our home in Cote-des-Neiges!”
SERVING JESUS should be an outward-focused adventure. Unfortunately, many churches have become inward-focused over time and have lost the ability to connect with the culture of today. Just as many people are afraid of riding motorcycles, some church attendees are afraid of making relationships with people who live and act differently. This disconnect tends to show a judgmental attitude from the Church towards others.
So, was it any surprise when the Akashic Beings of Light metaphorically tapped Barnett on the shoulder and asked her to bring forth a series of powerful, Source-imbued prayers that help people turn their lives around? Indeed they did! And that’s how
Barnett thus covers a great deal of territory in this book. Interlaced with explanations of how and why the information in the Akashic records can impact your life today, specific stories of how these prayers changed the lives of her clients, and how her own gift of inter-dimensional connection evolved out of her pain and searching, From Questioning to Knowing, provides the answers to the questions that–until now–have not been answerable-why you are stuck where you are and how to move forward, grow, expand and be happy.
