What is the NOW and how does it set us free?  When we are present in the NOW moment there is no chitter chatter of the mind, no thinking, no emotions, no stories that the mind creates, just formlessness.  This is where we can be and feel the energy of Life.  To feel the heart beat of the planet. It begins with your own body temple.  We feel light and life within our own body.  As we feel this light within we start to notice our other senses, birds singing, water trickling, the sound of the wind.  When we step aside from thought we realize that those sounds are the heartbeat of the Planet.  The silence is the pause in between heart beats. 
The NOW is well above and beyond anything our minds can come up with.  Be observant but do not swim in storyland.  When we understand this, here lies the FREEDOM.

Christina Hill is a world renowned channeler featured in the acclaimed Gaia film “Tuning In: Angels and Aliens”. She is also a celebrity coach and a 2 time presenter at Carnegie Hall NYC alongside Deepak Chopra, Michael Beckwith from The Secret, and performers from Madonna & Michael Jackson. Having been the worlds’ first ever channeler to channel in the prestigious Carnegie Hall NYC, Christina has trailblazed a new outlook about channeling and the healing power it has on human beings.

She currently lives in the Yucatan Peninsula where she has founded the Athella Retreat Center, and guides clients from around the world through healing dolphin retreats in the Mayan Crater of the Earth.
