If I am willing to comprehend a little I open up to knowing a lot.
If I stay in the willing to love life, it will draw to me love in all areas of my life.
My life is a projection of my inner self, peace with in is truth but inner turmoil is outer chaos.
Seek to live in inner harmony at all times so one can project and invite harmonious interaction without.
Do not feed the past but only fuel the future.
Your value of life today is in how you respond to your every day, look to enjoy it instead of bitching about it.
No matter the pain inside, embrace yourself with love in order to embrace life, with that the pain will melt away because you can’t have pain where there is so much love.
If we could only remember that love that was so strong and that took you to such heights, we would not fall or despair ever again, because to have known such deep love is to know Gods embrace and never feel alone ever again.
Don’t feed the pain fuel the love.
When you can see it in your minds eye, feel it in your heart believe it with your soul, you then you can make it happen.
But it is essential that you surround your self with like minded people for the energy needed to take flight, believe whole heartedly in order to make it happen live in no doubt.
We are the answer to what ails the world, but first we must be the answer to what ails our own life, be the change you seek and the changes will happen everywhere else.
Trust in your inner voice as it is the truth, your soul can not lie for it is divine and whole, let your self receive in trust, in faith, in love and let all else go.

Lidia Frederico is a lifelong Consciousness Facilitator, spiritual coach, energy therapist, trance medium and author. She is widely sought out by clients and media worldwide. Originally from Portugal, she now hails from London. Lidia inherited her medium and spiritual abilities from a lineage of female healers and mediums on her mother’s side. Lidia has been fully aware of her gifts since childhood, which she nurtured and, in due course, culminated in her developing her channeling abilities by 1993.
Having taken the route of Karate as a child, Lidia opened her own dojo in Lisbon (Portugal) by the time she was 18. At this school, which is still running to this day, Lidia taught children, adults and disabled people. Her continuous dedication to Martial Arts led her becoming Karate World Kata Champion in 1986. As a naturally creative, Lidia turned her hand as a beautician and later enjoyed a long career with government security services.

By channelling her guides, Lidia identifies all such influences in a person’s life. Depending on the client, this could be anything from a person’s beliefs, thought patterns, entities that have attached and need removing, or the result of those not channelling the light and much more.
Whilst trance channelling, her guides pinpoint how a person’s life is blocked by unwanted energies, people and situations. They proceed to move away from the unwanted influences, sending them back to the light or neutralising their influences in a person’s life. She then works with each client at an energetic level for between three and six months depending on the degree of ongoing support that is necessary. Journey into Joy with Pamela Lynch aired June 23rd-30th
It is with great joy that Pamela Lynch participated for the third time in the “Bare in the Air” event that raises funds for the Canadian Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Today’s show is about her journey shifting from a fear of heights and public nudity to exhilaration while promoting and participating in this fundraiser. Through the past two yea, s she has inspired many other women to find their soul yes, to show up, and to let their stuff go on the zip line.
Pamela shares her discovery of her soul yes and how important it is to recognize and embrace it when it surfaces. The process, “I Have Value,” from her Law of Attraction Coaching Program is powerful.
