Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy aired February 16th-22nd
If we pay attention there are always signs, the breadcrumbs to show us our way, but do they always show us the right path? We see the possibilities, what could be, what we want it to be, but maybe this was not the path at all but a misdirection.
How do we know? and once on the path do you continue forward or go back or REDIRECT?
We are all so bombarded by the exterior noise we don’t always hear our inner voice or our instincts and we override our gut our soul’s intuition. How to tune in, how to know when to retreat or how to redirect, for maybe that was the reason for following the breadcrumbs in the first place.
We can’t let the unknown stop us, for that is the journey of life, but being able to see when to adjust, redirect or retreat is key to not getting in any deeper than we need to. Sometimes it is just meant to get us going, and when we see it is the wrong path but not the wrong journey we are more able to seek out or pay attention to another path along the way.
It is about being adjustable, adaptable and in-tune with our environment, for the signs are always there, we just have to learn to read them and follow our instincts and not someone else’s breadcrumbs.
Saras View of Life with Sara Troy aired from November 3rd
The Ripple effect of life is but in the single drop.
People look for the big bang, the big event, the redirect, but it is that one single drop that changes our direction, that drop then another and another, rippling out into our possibilities.
Look to the small things, the subtle things for those are the ones that will have the biggest impact.

A Story of Tyranny, Freedom, Love and Identity by Aura Imbarus
OUT OF THE TRANSYLVANIA NIGHT explores tyranny and freedom, love, success, and the price paid for misaligned dreams in an epic tale of identity and the human spirit. It is a deftly woven narrative about finding greater meaning and fulfilment in a free world, and an exploration of how social issues affect the human spirit. An incredibly powerful memoir.
I’d grown up in the land of TRANSYLVANIA, homeland to Dracula, Vlad the Impaler, and, worse, the Communist dictator, Nicolae Ceausescu—who turned Romania into a land of gray-clad zombies who never dared to show their individuality, and where neighbours became informants, and the Securitate made people disappear. Daylight empowered the regime to encircle us like starved wolves, and so night had always been the time to steal a bit of freedom. As if bred into our Transylvanian blood, we were like vampires who came to life after sundown. I buried the family heirloom jewels, tucked the flag into my sweater and left my outpost to join the action . . . tonight Ceausescu would die!
Known for using stand-ins to pose for him, Aura doubts if it was even Ceausescu himself who was killed that night. Nevertheless, when her countrymen topple one of the most draconian regimes in the Soviet bloc, Aura Imbarus tells herself that life post-revolution will be different. But little in the country changes. With two pieces of luggage and a powerful dream, Aura and her new husband flee to America. Through sacrifice and hard work, the couple acquires a home, cars, and travel—but trying to be Americans is much more complicated than they expect. More difficulties set in the stock market crash takes their savings, house, and cars; thieves steal three centuries’ worth of heirloom jewels, and Aura’s beloved mother dies.
Aura’s marriage crumbles under the stress. Devastated, she asks herself, ‘How much of one’s life is owed to others?’ Tested even further by the vagaries of fate, Aura discovers a startling truth about striking a balance between one’s dreams and the sacrifices and compromises that allow for Serenity, selfhood, and lasting love. More resolution comes when in 2010, Ceausescu’s body is exhumed to answer questions of a cover-up, and Aura can finally lay to rest the haunting mysteries of her past.

What would you do if someone took your loved ones away from you? Would you want revenge? none would blame you, BUT; how do you forgive. How do you JUST LET GO and let love heal? Chris Williams did, this is his story.
On a cold February night in 2007, a devoted father of four and a seventeen-year-old drunk driver both received life sentences. In one violent, devastating instant, each faced a drastically different and uncertain future. This interview is for anyone struggling who believes the life they’re living now is unchangeable. I’m living proof there is a solution to the disease of addiction. It’s up to you to choose to hear me and take your own path to recovery, it can be done.
My yesterday and my today, I am now really living and not avoiding life
8 months ago I checked myself into a detox facility where I embarked on this life long recovery journey. I was literally empty. Bankrupt in every sense of the word, in every form imaginable. Physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually & most definitely financially. Today, I am a changed person. I live a life of freedom. I don’t have to depend on a substance just to be able to get out of bed. I take care of my body, mind, my soul and spirit. My life is rich with family, friends and a support network of people who I can always trust. I am beyond grateful to be given such an amazing opportunity to live the life I was truly always meant to live. 1 out of 10 people suffers from the disease of addiction. 10% of the population. Sadly, very few take the opportunity to receive help yet it is available to us all so freely. Especially in British Columbia. Many think it’s impossible. Through education, rehabilitation, therapy & an abstinence-based recovery program I received the help I needed.
