P14/20b 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks

Positive Living Vibrations with Sara Troy and her guest Suzanne Mathis McQueen. Originally Aired from MAY 22nd on.

HORMONES, PERIODS, MENSTRUAL CYCLE, all of which we have no understanding of why we go through such different moods in one month. We are going to understand today why our menstrual cycle is indeed a gift, we are going to see in how getting into the rhythm of our cycle it gives us knowledge of how we feel each week of the month and how to live in the rhythm of our own lives. This is a fascinating interview, and you not only should give this book to every woman but every man girl and boy, so that a woman’s cycle is not demeaned or misunderstood but embraced and honoured.

Suzanne Mathis McQueen, who is the author of 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks, and coaches women on how to suzanne-mcqueentrack the energies of their own hormonal rhythm using symbolism, archetypes, and an easy-to-follow system. After reading her book or attending a talk, women worldwide are making revolutionary breakthroughs in how they think about their reproductive bodies, sexuality, personal experiences, problem-solving, and what they deserve.

Suzanne’s background is in the healing industry and she’s the former creator and owner of a million-dollar, award-winning day spa and retreat centre. After selling her business in 2003 and a short break, a new direction emerged and Suzanne embarked on a spiritual journey that would become her life’s work. Her passion is directed toward encouraging “already empowered” women and girls to make real suzzannechange for themselves (and therefore the world) by synchronizing with the sequence of their own monthly cycle—something Suzanne personally discovered to be a hidden treasure map and remarkable navigational system within herself and all women, even beyond menopause. When a woman understands the primal wisdom of her fluctuating hormones, her daily experiences begin to make sense. Instead of needing to tolerate the inconvenience and frustration of her cycle, she begins to fall in love with her womb’s power. Suzanne considers this to be the missing link in women’s empowerment and without this knowledge, the female gender as a whole will continue to struggle for true equality and sovereignty.

How to Eat Fruit Properly

EATING FRUIT..

avasflowers-bon-appetit-fruit-basket_max

?

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It’s not as easy as you think. It’s important to know how and when to eat.

?

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

?

images (2)wIf you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

?

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let’s say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.

?

In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil….

?

imagesnanaSo please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining – every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet etc – actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

?

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

?

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become imagesgrgalkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter.  If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

?</ div>

When you need to drink fruit juice – drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don’t even drink juice that has been heated up. Don’t eat cooked fruits because you don’t get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

?

download (1)But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

?

KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin download (2)aC content is twice that of an orange.

?

APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

?

imagesstrSTRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.

?

ORANGE : Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.

?

WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher.. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant imagesdose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene – the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium.

?

GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes.

?

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer! Can u believe this?? For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the downloadcold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this ‘sludge’ reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

?

A serious note about heart attacks HEART ATTACK PROCEDURE’: (THIS IS NOT A JOKE!) Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack .. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.. Sixty percent of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let’s be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive…

P14/44b The Old and Forgotten a Disposable Generation

Their Story Matters and on Positive Living Vibrations with Sara Troy and her guest Dr Don Lester. Originally Aired November 4th 2014

imagesSENIORSWe seem to throw away anything old today, we don’t mend repair revive or review what is old, only embrace what is new. This sadly is true of our older generation, once they do not serve society out they go into a home to hurry up and die.

This has to stop, it is disgraceful and speaks to our today’s society in a bad way. The aged have earned their right to a dignified retirement and life exit and we cannot turn our heads any more to the way we treat those who paved the way for us.  Before you think of a retirement home listen in here and let us give dignity safety and respectful care to those who paved the way for us.

S15/09 Why Give Back to Society ?

Airing from March 2nd on Their Story Matters with Sara Troy and Bill Mackie

Living Orchard 600x600Why do we give back? why do we care about other people? why do we need foundations, humanitarians charities-etc? Because if we don’t invest in the people we as a people are lost.

PLV Radio is the voice for “Living Orchard” and “Living Fractals”. We believe in giving a voice to those who have embraced their purpose and believe in Liberty, Independence, Freedom and Equality for all.

The “Living Orchard”

The purpose and meaning of the Living Orchard is to invest in the people:

We have placed on this planet with one soul purpose: To ensure and protect everyone’s basic human right to live life with “Purpose, Meaning and Dignity” . The only way we are going to accomplish this is to live life by building a new world around us where everyone has “Liberty, Independence, Freedom and Equality

This is our purpose and one that is near and dear to our hearts and souls. Bill Mackie and I have journeyed long together with this one vision, to liberate people into living in their true purpose, in dignity, meaning and love, thus being a person who in their own abundance wholeness units with their community.

I believe in living in your D.I.V.A:  A D.I.V.A is a Dreamer who Inspires Vision into Aspirations

You can not embrace your D.I.V.A until you have embraced your L.I.F.E.

LIBERTY-INDEPENDENCE-FREEDOM-EQUALITY

What does your L.I.F.E stand for and in what way are you giving back to humanity?
