Quantum Spirituality with Sara Troy and her guest Catherine Carrigan, on air from February 14th
In Reading the Soul, medical intuitive healer Catherine Carrigan reveals how you may be suffering from a wounded spirit, the karmas your soul may be carrying from this or other lifetimes, the burden of negative spiritual energies and why traditional medicine or natural healing may not be working to clear what ails you.
What is your soul’s purpose? Your soul longing? The stories herein will uplift your soul and help you understand why you were born.
Reading the Soul captures the essence of what all spiritual knowledge is based upon. Catherine gives a clear understanding of your soul’s purpose and the different soul contracts you chose before you incarnated. She fills the holes and questions that most people have about why certain things are happening in their life. Reading the Soul is insightful, and uplifting.
I have a passion for healing, and I can teach you how to become healthy using natural methods, including the very best of therapeutic exercise, nutrition and energy medicine.

I loved reading stories about the future that would take me far away from my boarding school in Woodhall Spa or later St James. The future was exciting then and scary. After careers that involved travel and photography and jointly editing the Hack Writers Magazine , it’s pretty much all been about writing. (Add a smattering of gold prospecting in B.C. & Nevada whilst researching a novel) and teaching (running Creative Writing Masters Programmes at Falmouth & Portsmouth Universities). Somewhere back there also writing radio drama (About 35 plays broadcast), I started teaching ‘Writing for Kids’ which proved to be one of the most popular courses I ran. From there started writing my own YA stories.
