Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from October 11th
Podcasting is illuminating, informative, enlightening, and filled with knowledgeable wisdom that invites society to see the truth of self, and it empowers us to be so much more than we think we can be. As a Podcaster for over 10 years now, I have learned so much from my guests about myself, and how we can empower each other with our knowledgeable wisdom.
There are millions of podcasts out there today making a difference in the lives’ of others; some short and only on Facebook or Linked-in etc, instant and live. Some only on audio or just video, some like my self on both platforms. Some do not cover the details of whom they interview, some go into detail, (like myself) each to their own. BUT; there is a process of being a guest on someone’s Podcast, like turn up and turn up on time.
I offer a full package, the guests show topic details, their bio, books, all links, a headshot of them; and they are on 16 audio platforms, and 2 video platforms, plus 5 sites and may social medias. Yes, I may go over board, but I take this seriously and wish to fully represent the people I interview. All I ask is that they respect my time, my system, and bring forth the very best of them selves. I do not charge for my interviews, instead I do them via a donation, as to what they can afford if they wish to support my network. Many do not, but I made a commitment to get illuminating wisdom out to the people so we can collectively heal, grow and come together as a human race.
What ever the philosophy is around why a person has a podcast, there still needs to be some etiquette around being that guest as well as being a host. Take it seriously, paid or no pay, you are using someone’s time and energy. Do not just dismiss it as a little podcast and not turn up, or cancel at the last moment, ( that goes for hosting too) illness and unforeseen event’s aside, it is rude to not turn up or give enough time to cancel or want to reschedule, for someone else could have taken that spot instead of you.
They are giving you a platform, respect that and step up to the plate. As a host, we owe it to our guests to represent them in their best light ever. So know who is interviewing you, or who you are interviewing, what is their style, what information do they to have from you, and be there on show day, all smiles, showing the world your truth and your why, so that others can be illuminated by you.

Authors Kiss with Sara Troy and her guest Janis Robinson Daly, on air from October 3rd
A “New Woman” of the Early 20th Century Battles Sexism & Self-Doubt for a Career in Medicine in this Factional novel by Janis Robinson Daly
The Unlocked Path tells the story of a “New Woman” of the early 20th century: educated, career-minded, independent Eliza Edwards. In 1897 Philadelphia, after witnessing her aunt’s suicide, Eliza rejects her mother’s wishes for a society debut, and at a time when only five percent of doctors are female, she enters the Woman’s Medical College of Pennsylvania. With the support of a circle of women and driven by a determination to conquer curriculum demands, battle sexism, and overcome doubts, Eliza charts her new life’s course. Combining science and sympathy, she triumphs to heal others and herself.
As a young intern, she summons a forthright confidence asserting her abilities to those mistrustful of a woman doctor. Through her work with poverty-stricken patients, she defines her version of suffrage work to champion women’s rights for and beyond the right to vote. When global events devolve into chaos with the 1918 influenza pandemic and a world war, Eliza renews her vow to help and heal.
Her inspiration for the novel: How a genealogy search on her great-great-grandfather, William S. Peirce, Esquire, led her to discover that he took an active part in founding the Woman’s Medical College in Philadelphia.
Her passion for documenting women in history whose stories need to be told
The extensive research she did for the novel and interesting facts she discovered
“Daly develops Eliza’s family ties and shows her passion for social change through her career choices and her opinions …. A work that effectively showcases the power of love, friendship, and faith – both in one’s calling and in oneself – to create change in the world.” – Kirkus Reviews Janis Robinson Daly’s debut novel,
Janis Robinson Daly grew up outside of Boston, graduating with a B.A. in Psychology from Wheaton College — at the time, an all-women’s college. At Wheaton, Janis developed a fond appreciation of the supportive relationships established between students, faculty, and alumni and a heightened awareness of female-centric issues. Both directed her writing of The Unlocked Path.
With a plot and themes sketched, Janis enrolled in a creative writing course sponsored by Wesleyan University to hone her skills. Combining years of extensive research and feedback from writers’ conferences and a series of beta and sensitivity readers, including the Executive Director of the American Medical Women’s Association for accuracy, she polished the manuscript and readied it for publication with independent press, Black Rose Writing.
Splitting her time between Cape Cod, New Hampshire, Florida and hotels along Route 95, a tablet became her Kindle library and desk, packed into a travel bag for reading and writing wherever she might land. Janis’ husband, along with their rescue pup, has willingly, and luckily, also embraced this nomadic lifestyle. More adventures beckon her to document other women in history whose stories need to be discovered. She is currently working on a sequel to The Unlocked Path, following two main characters into and through the Depression and World War II. From the polio epidemic and research into the vaccine, to the Coconut Grove nightclub fire and more, readers will again be treated to a story centered on events of the past, rich in historical detail. Building Your Business with Sara Troy and her guest Marc Mathys, on air from October 3rd
After receiving my reset 18 years ago my life changed completely, I was a different man and I ask myself the question why is the happening to me.
After 5 years on research looking at how the brain works in neuroscience and quantum physics, I found the answer, and this is what I teach at Reset-it.
In 2016 the Tedx Quebec found out what I was doing, and they invited me to do Ted Talk about my research (how we can change our lives in a fraction of a second) Reset-It has a series of workshops that will teach you, how you can reset the interference that doesn’t belong to you !!
The day after receiving my (what I call today my reset).
I asked myself why and started looking for answers. Starting with the brain learning how it works all the mechanics behind it and that brought me to neuroscience and quantum physique. After 5 years of research, Reset-it was born and started my mindfulness workshops, 2016 I was asked to do a TEDx talk about my research on how we can change our thinking in a fraction of a second.
Marc donating his time to me, and helped me so much in keeping present, and not letting old conditioning control me. Thank you Marc.
Today I work all over the world in my mindfulness workshops.
MY Free Giveaway: 50% off my masterclass Interference , go to the Rest-it.com and go to master class scheduler and say Sara sent you.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from October 4th
Yes, it is my birthday this week, October 6th I will be turning 68 years young. I am at a place in my life now where I do not bother with the small worries in life, I prefer to live in my inner self, and only do things that mean something to me.
I have lived the roller coaster life, chasing the obscure dream, trying to fit in, be what I was not to please others; now I am just happy being me, doing wat I love, and embracing life one glorious step at a time.
There comes a time when you look at life and say, you can not have all of me, but only what I am willing to give in my honesty and with my meaningness. Doing it out of duty or obligation does not work anymore and costs way too much of my soul, heart, and spirit.
So I embrace this age and in calm excitement look to what the next year will bring me and dance to the music of my life in joy, peace and love.
