Sara Troy of “Self Discovery Radio TV” is the owner-operator-/host and she believes in knowingness, that feeling you get when you let the divine intellect speak to your gut and enter its all-knowing knowledge, it then resonates with your heart in truth and passion, on to the spirit to get into action, and draws from the mind what it needs to know at the time it needs to know it. That is Sara’s knowingness and the state of being she chooses to live in.

Being Inspired by our Dreams seeing the Vision and Aspiring to make it happen is what life is about. What use is a life without a dream, or not listening to those who will inspire us, we can’t see the vision if our souls are closed and what would we aspire to if we did not tap into the knowledge or others and feel our own knowingness within.

I found my purpose and calling with my radio/blog/video network Self Discovery Radio. When I started radio/blog interviewing I would seek out those inspirers who had embraced their redirect and were now sharing their story and skilled knowledge with others to enhance their own life’s journey.

Each week my hosts and I interview exceptional people living extraordinary lives, sharing their expertise and their own self-discovery. We discover knowledge on our health, our inner wealth, our planet and our role here and our possibilities that we are inspired to follow. The story of others in overcoming life’s challenges in placing value on self, and in igniting their true meaningful calling, is truly liberating. It has been a wonderful journey of illumination for me and our listeners come and take a listen and hear why.

“Do not close your eyes and ears if you are not a parent, for the deepest parenting journey is of self.” (Sally Saint) Sally Saint is a UK-based therapist, energy healer, artist, and the founder of Conscious Parenting, serving as a support worker for families whose children have learning difficulties and behavioural challenges.
Sally’s life has taken her down many paths and has seen her walk through challenging terrain, but it was the creation and birth of her son Edward, that gave her the key to unlocking the door of transformation in a deep and profound way. The qualification, the spiritual work, the books she read, all slotted into place when her journey of motherhood began to unfold. Now, with her passion and expertise, she connects with others across the planet, to offer the wisdom she has unlocked on her own epic journey.
Sally has over 16 years of experience in working with energy to facilitate healing for clients around the world, being a trained Reiki practitioner, reflexologist, and massage therapist, having a natural ability to read the energy of another (in person or via distance), then to actively work with the person’s energy to release any blockages and facilitate expansion. Her artwork, a constant friend and companion since childhood, is another example of how she is able to directly connect with her clients in a very deep and meaningful way to facilitate healing and release.
Sally’s purpose is to hold the space for those parents who are navigating their own healing and parenting journeys so they can remain in direct contact with their hearts. She has absolute faith in the transformation of self, from societal-led to heart-led lives.
After working at her child’s school, an independent, Montessori-inspired school, which has a rehabilitation unit attached to it (the only one of its kind in the UK), Sally was able to see how the lives of children were turned around. She believes that children can shift from their trauma to become fully happy and vibrant beings when given the right tools.

Kevin Murphy is a former Wall Street managing director for Citigroup, high school and collegiate wrestling champion, community activist, speaker, coach, and author of the book The Three Rooms.

These experiences have given Kevin a unique and eclectic mix of understanding human nature. He noticed that our happiness and unhappiness in life is always the result of our thoughts – whether observations of the present, memories from the past, or projected fears about the future.
