JoyAnn Gold was the surprise second born of identical twin sisters!  She received her professional degree from Wisconsin State University-Stout and then spent over 30 years in various areas of the interior design field!
During the past 25 years, JoyAnn has focused on expanding her life’s adventures. In keeping with her mantra of “joy and expansion” for growing ageless, she learned to drive a 36′ motorhome, went on a lifetime dream of doing a volunteer vacation in Africa, did a30′ firewalk to overcome fear, lived as an ex-pat in both Mexico and Ecuador and created and operated a B&B.
Today, at 78, JoyAnn is more passionate about her life than ever and truly believes her best years are yet to be…as she lives her legacy. She has transitioned from designing beautiful homes to helping baby boomers design beautiful lives.  As founder of Joy Of GrowingAgeless and now Project Ageless, JoyAnn is on a mission to touch the lives of 100’s of thousands through her programs, books, and upcoming documentary film!

Ken Fish is a native of the Los Angeles area and an honors graduate of Princeton University with a
degree in History and Philosophy of Religion. He subsequently earned his Master of Divinity degree
from Fuller Theological Seminary with emphases in theology and intercultural communications.

Ken had a 25-year career as a Fortune 500 executive after earning an MBA in finance and strategy from
UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management. Throughout his life, Ken has worked with parachurch ministries and in the church. In the 1980s he worked full-time for John Wimber for several years at Vineyard Ministries International (VMI). Since 2010, his ministry has taken him to over 40 countries on all six inhabited continents, working alongside churches of varying denominations and great diversity. Ken’s work includes vision-casting, teaching on leadership, equipping the saints in healing, prophecy and deliverance to further the advance of the Kingdom of God, and releasing fresh anointing in the midst of visitation. He has worked alongside of national leaders in many countries, led training events for the International Association of Healing Rooms in different parts of the US, and been interviewed on nationally syndicated radio and television shows such as The Eric Metaxas Show and Premier Christianity.

He also hosts his own podcast, “God is Not a Theory”. His meetings are often accompanied by manifest signs and wonders that include prophetic ministry and healing of many types.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in the United States, men on average die five years earlier than women and at higher rates from three leading causes of death—heart disease, cancer, and unintentional injuries. Additionally, nearly15 percent of men aged 18 and over are in fair or poor health.

This year, in support of Men’s Health Month, the HHS Office of Minority Health (OMH) will focus on promoting the Six Plays for Men’s Health to remind men and boys that they can improve their health by seeking medical advice and taking other important steps, such as making healthy food choices, staying active, quitting smoking, getting regular checkups, taking care of their mental health, and being #VaccineReady—which includes getting the COVID-19 vaccine. Anyone can text their zip code to 438829 to get vaccination locations near them. For vaccine information in Spanish, text your zip code to 822862.

C21-25 Changing Our Mindset into Joy

Our mindset will dictate our thoughts, and if we are willing to change them to a kinder and more loving mindset, we can change into the Joy of Living. On this show, I have brought together two dynamo women who live in the exuberance of life, because they choose to. They have both had many ups and downs and know what it is like to struggle, but have chosen to seek out the JOY instead.

LaChelle Adkins a mother of 15 known as America’s Super Mum, says,

1. Awareness of where you are so you can determine the path that you choose to follow.

2. Do the daily work to maintain the joy you desire because it requires action – not just talk.

3. Be mindful of the people and environment that you surround yourself with.

You have the power, my dear, you always have, it was right within you. Many of us think that life is happening to us, but the truth of the matter is life is happening for us. Joy is a state of mind and can be seen easily and effortlessly through gratitude. Joy is a whole mood and can be seen when you stop taking life as this serious situation and start to take life as the fun roller coaster ride you don’t want to get off. Basically, Joy is within your mindset.
