Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from December 2nd

When two guests had to cancel their shows due to family emergencies, I felt called to fill the space with something that has been medicine for my own spirit: the cinematic AI art and music of Kelly Boesch. Her work weaves human performers, exquisite styling, and generative AI into dreamlike visual poems that take you beyond the limits of the physical world and into a realm where imagination, soul, and sound move as one. For me, her videos are a form of meditation. The music soothes my nervous system, lifts my spirit, and quiets my mind, while the imagery awakens that childlike sense of wonder and reminds me that we are so much more than our human limitations.

In this episode, I talk about traveling beyond the white walls of our lives—how music, art, nature, breath, and imagination can help us step out of the weight of the body and into the spaciousness of our own divine essence. I share how darkness is not our enemy when we remember that we are the light in it, and how practices like music, movement, creativity, or simple stillness can bring us back home to the core of our being—where peace, love, and wisdom reside. Music, especially, is frequency that can reset our equilibrium, help us transcend the noise of daily life, and reconnect us to that “out of body, in spirit” place.

This show is an invitation: explore Kelly’s AI art and notice where it takes you, and then ask yourself, What does that for me? What sound, image, practice, or place transports you into your center, into that timeless, spacious, loving field within? Because when you find your own “music”—whatever form it takes—you find your doorway back home to peace.

My career journey began in the medical field, driven by a deep desire to help people, particularly from a supportive, administrative perspective. I thrived behind the scenes, ensuring the teams who worked face-to-face with patients had everything they needed. During that decade, raising two children shifted my focus. I sought a career that allowed me to contribute meaningfully to the community while offering the flexibility to be more present for my family. This led me from the corporate medical world to the non-profit sector. In 2023, I joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Vancouver Island, an organization that beautifully prioritizes families—both those they serve and their staff. This role allowed me the freedom to integrate my work schedule with my family’s needs, creating a powerful motivation to excel in a role that serves the greater good. In 2025, the board of Crossroads Pregnancy Centre approached me with the Executive Director opportunity. This felt like the perfect, rooted next step, allowing me to fully dedicate my passion to an organization that profoundly impacts the well-being of women and their families. It’s an honor to lead CPC, filling a massive systemic gap, and I am incredibly excited for this new chapter.

I was so enamored by pure being when I was a child- and would participate in observation as a habit- I later connected the dots that there was no clinging or aversion within reason and as an adult – I became a Spiritual Guide, Reiki master Healer- Usui, Musician, author with 7 projected books as of 2025; they are “My Own Religion: The Power of Love”, “The Nothingness of Love: A Buddhist Book of Poetry”, “The Reform of the Education System”, “The Reiki Bible: A Guide to Reiki Living” , to come “ My Work in Business as a Spiritual Guide”, “A Book on Saints” , “ROES Bless: A course for teachers” and “A Starseed Collection of Thoughts” ! I resonate deeply with my heart and my character. I have to being a master healer for the situations of you all to receive my benefit, which is my pleasure!
