I can still hear my dad saying, “Why do you always have to learn the hard way?” I am almost 67 and now I know exactly “WHY.” My takeaway is important, make friends with CHANGE and do not run from your pain. The only constant in the Universe is change. Everything happens exactly when it is supposed to, and not one second sooner. With that are knowledge in my mental, emotional, and physical arsenal; I can share my Life Skills with others. The 3 R’s are taught to us in school. Why are not we teaching the really important lessons; How to handle our difficult emotions, that our perception is our reality, gratitude, Fear and how to navigate it. The list is endless. In my work, I share my Intuitive knowledge with people that are having a rough go of it.

Holly is an Intuitive Psychic, Spiritual Life Counselor, Life Skills Teacher, Podcast personality, Writer, and Innovator of change. She has faced cancer 3 times in 10 years, beat it with grace, broken her neck, had back surgery, both knees replaced and a mélange of other physical changes. She raised her daughter alone, and with a classical ballet and jazz background; started 2 dance companies for children. As a child of abuse and a broken 10-year marriage, my body was ailing badly. 10 years of chronic illnesses and pain which ended up in a breast cancer diagnosis in Jan 2020, I dove headfirst into the world of natural healing. In my childhood, I was exposed to many cases of abuse but the one thing that anchored me in this lifetime was my step-grandparents, Connie and Francis-Curry Johnston, and their innate knowing that the body doesn’t need much to heal and that doctors were not needed. We used the skills of chiropractors and the medicines of the earth to get by. I didn’t have a doctor that I know of and unless a body part was broken or there was a significant amount of blood flowing out of your body that wouldn’t stop there was no need for a doctor, and so looking at natural healing for myself was second nature. During my marriage, however, I was pushed to doctors over and over again as I got sicker and sicker through their poison prescriptions.

My journey started with a silent retreat in 2016/17 and then a series of repressed memories coming to my awareness. I was then guided to a clairvoyant who guided me to a diet for the pain, Medical Medium. I got so much better but I was still living with the covert narcissist at that time and the abuses got worse and so my health declined with every fight. Then I found a small river stone hardness and textured lump high up on my right breast. I was led to Dr Robert Morse and his teachings and dove right into learning everything he had to say and started my raw fruit diet to alkaline the body so it could heal. I ended up having to leave the narcissist and in doing so was at death’s door 3 times in the last year trying to survive. January 2021 I was introduced to Urine Therapy and because I was hardly thriving I was ready to try it. After my first cup, my very low blood pressure went from 70/40 to 96/65! I was pleasantly surprised and this started my dance with the unspoken of, Urine Therapy. -Crystal Amber

Well, 9 years already, where does the time go. April 4th 2012 I did my first Podcast live, oh boy was that an experience, As it was live, I had to know when to come in at the right time pressing the eight buttons, but whoops, I pressed the wrong ones. 13 months of live podcasting was a great education and one that set me up for building my own platform.

In June this year, it will be 8 years of my own platform where I have over 2700 collective shows and I have done around 2000 of them my self. It is an honour to have shared the stories of so many illuminating people who have gone through their own process and become the FLAWSME AWESOME people that are today. They share their wisdom and skills acquired from their journey and are now here to serve others showing them the possibilities that lay before us all.

For 15 Years Denise owned a successful Personal Training Studio where she was unknowingly using her gift to sense what was not functioning properly in her clients’ bodies and was correcting it with exercise. During that time she became a Certified Life Coach.

In 2014 Denise began to study energy through Reiki. She has a Reiki Level 1 Certification, 200 hour Yoga Instructor Certification through Sattva Yoga in Rishikesh, India, where she lived for most of 2016, and learned how to work with energy through Kriyas, Mantras, and Tantric teachings. As a certified meditation teacher, she teaches her clients the importance of managing their thoughts. In 2017 she met her teacher Kimberly Sherry who taught her how to use her gifts for emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.

Today Denise has taken her own experiences with healing emotionally, physically, and spiritually and created the Your Energy Awakening System (Discover-Activate-Illuminate), which led her to create the “Ignite Your Sensual Warrior” program that leads women from the depths of their secret darkness to connect to their sensual sexual energy. LM21 -14 Christopher Booth Music for Mental Health.

My name is Christopher Booth and I am the songwriter and founder of the By, Christopher brand.

I write original piano music for (self) mental health awareness. I started my brand almost three years ago as a hobby and wrote three songs dedicated to mental health awareness. I wanted to help some friends and family out with the relaxing style I write in. I quickly realized it was a much needed resource for people with mental health challenges and was being asked to write more music.

Before I even started my brand I was dealing with issues of my own stemming from the loss of my own mom to brain cancer in 2012. My mom was the one who encouraged me to write in the style of music I do. She dealt with depression and growing up and as a child I didn’t understand what that was. What I did understand was that the music I composed for her brought her out of her dark days and in to my life. I quickly made the connection of what my music could do for people if it could do that for her.

I began to write again in 2017 as a way to cope and begin a healing process for myself. I wanted to do something that could bring mental health awareness (a passion of mine) and music together. Hence the start of my brand By, Christopher.

COVID has had a tremendous impact on this world and more and more people are looking for ways to get their mental health resources online. One of my many goals with having the By, Christopher brand is bringing an awareness to ones own mental health through music. Music is such a powerful form of healing. In the world we live in with COVID people are looking for more way to de-stress and find inner peace.
