To heal we must start within…But how?

For a lot of people finding the simple joys in life is anything but simple…  Waking up can become a chore…even a challenge.  In this episode of It’s all Spiritual I talk about how we can learn to move forward by first looking within….We all have issues… We all are fighting our own set of personal demons…

So…IF we are to heal we must start within…but how? How do we do it? How do we move past  the pain and forward?  Listen in as I share the following 6 Steps to bring about personal change.

  1. Awareness– we must first become aware of what we are not wanting to face
  2. Allow– once aware, it is about allowing ourselves to feel the emotion or emotions that are then triggered
  3. Addressing– allowing and addressing go hand in hand really…it is the act of really addressing the issue.  Often we must first allow ourselves to move through the pain and feelings involved…but then we must address
  4. Realization– during this step we are able to see it for what it was. We REALIZE it has happened and cannot be undone.
  5. Releasing– accepting where you are and where you have come from allows us to release a piece if not all of what we have been holding on to.
  6. Relief the feeling of recapturing your power, your energy, by being able to release will naturally bring you a sense of relief.

I will talk about how the process of… being aware, by allowing, by addressing, by the act of realization, and by releasing you can then bring relief. I also give you a tool to use to help utilize the above steps.

By giving the process I detail in the show a chance, you are able to find a safe and effective way to deliver to the spirit of the intended your message.  This releases it to their spirit.  Their spirit will now be able to integrate the message into their mental body …making them aware in an unconscious way…which then allows their spirit to bring the information (bit by bit) into their conscious body.

HEART WISDOM by Jackie VanCampen

10590553_744461235618791_3477504844160236044_nWhat is perfection
But a point of view?
Perfection resides
In the stories we create
In the listening of the ego
In the suppression of humanity

When we can let go
And just be ourselves
Without any judgment
We are no longer bound
By what we think is perfect or imperfect
Everything just is

Let your heart’s wisdom
Be the barometer of what’s perfect
And in doing so
You will find that
You
Others
Life
Are perfect just the way
You and they are

Free yourself from the shackles
That keep you from showing up
As the “perfection” you
Have been created to be
Honor who you are
And you will triumph over
The small self that keeps
Hanging on to the story
That you are either perfect or imperfect
Just be
And you will
master perfection
Instead of perfection mastering you

P14/31b Celebrate life as a Migrant Woman

Originally Aired August 5th-on demand on Positive Living Vibrations with Sara Troy and her guest Mirela Sula

globalwoman-leader-entrepreneur

Mirela Sula has just launch a Magazine in London UK called The Migrant Woman, (now called Global Woman) we are going to discover her journey to not only as an accomplished author, a Psychotherapist and an emigrant but also to the fact she truly is living her D.I.V.A with her ability to dream, inspire, visualize and aspire to what is possible. We will discuss her magazine The Migrant Woman and her latest book, “Don’t Let your mind go” and how you with an open mind heart and soul you can live your divine journey in life.

WOMEN OF THE UNIVERSE

The aim of the Migrant Woman magazine is not to complain, not to portray an image of being the victim, not to blame, but to feel proud of what we are and to invite other women to feel positive for what they are. The truth is that I have met so many migrant women that are extremely smart, clever, resilient, and successful, who have started their life from scratch and they are in a great place today. On the other hand I have met women who have had a career in their own country, they had a profession, an aspiration and a dream, and when they arrive in the new country they give up.

Her latest book

Don’t Let Your Mind Go

In “Don’t Let Your Mind Go” psychotherapist MIrela Sula draws on her own personal and professional experiences and those of her mother to produce a book that is poignant, profound and moving.  The stories she shares are wise, insightful and beautifully written.

Norman E. Rosenthal, M.D., best-selling author of Transcendence and The Gift of Adversity.

“This book is filled with pearls of wisdom laced with stories that make the pearls shine. Anyone reading it will be inspired and guided in the process of cultivating a healthy, thriving mind. I recommend it to everyone. “

Harville Hendrix, Ph. D. Author, Getting the Love You Want  and co-author with Helen LaKelly Hunt, Ph. D. of  Making Marriage Simple

Endorsement from Albanian personalities

Through this book, Mirela Sula showed that the greater hunger of the human being is not money, titles, sex, etc…  But it is the activation of dimensions that exist inside our potential to live in fullness. The author does not make changes but passes amendments, namely making radical transformations to find the meaning of life in all of its stages. Mirela Sula, with this book teaches us that, if the “WHY” exists then there is a “HOW.”
