Especially now, that uncertainty has become a more known fact of life, it is good to start
our walk into the unknown on the “right” foot and it helps to know which foot it is. For
this you have to “Know yourself”: The better you get to know yourself the easier it
becomes to release limiting patterns and old baggage. This will help you reinvent
yourself, flow through life’s challenges and move forward without too much baggage
weighing you down. Nothing stays the same or This too shall pass are promises of life.
The more we detach from the temporary in life the happier we will become. And let’s not
forget about kindness. Be kind to yourself and others because life is full of challenges
and hurdles. The more we can help each other with kindness, the easier life becomes for
everyone.
