Ignite your heart and soul with Sara Troy and her guest Viviane Casimir, on air from March 5th
When I was in my twenties, I was obsessed with the meaning of life. Everything seemed dull to me, like zombie land. I came across a book that stated, “Quantum physics is like Zen; both question the reality we live in.” I was familiar with quantum physics but knew little about Zen. So, I began reading about it. This exploration shifted my consciousness towards the inner journey of self-discovery—Who am I? It became a journey of self-empowerment. Zen saved my life. My spiritual journey took me to train in martial arts, Reiki, and I joined a Zen school (my Buddhist name is Myong Oh). I combined all my expertise to create my approach called Myoku. My goal is to help people find inner peace through a Zen mind-body alignment, encouraging self-transformation and self-realization. It all begins by piercing through the ordinary to recognize the extraordinary in our daily lives, especially in these current times of transition on Earth. I humbly aspire to contribute to guiding humanity toward a better place of conscious evolution by reconnecting with our true nature.
