The Essence of Who We Are = Unconditional Love with Kuthumi.
Come hear how Master Kuthumi can guide us forward in our lives. Each one of these panelists has had an experience with Master Kuthumi that has helped them move forward in their own practices.
The Source of Wonder is hosted by Masami & Hiroo Saionji of the Goi Peace Foundation and Ervin Laszlo of the Club of Budapest – the three co-initiators of the Fuji Declaration.
I’d like to start with Allium sativum, or garlic – not only out of respect for my Italian roots, but because it is quite possibly the most potently practical medicinal herb on the planet. We all know this strong-charactered little bulb for its delicious flavor and aroma, but I’m often baffled by how few people use it medicinally for its plethora of healing applications.
This wasn’t always the case. As recently as 60 years ago, garlic was a crucial component in the standard-issue medical kits that were carried by medics in both World War I and II to treat wounds. Its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties have been praised for millennia.
In terms of versatility, there are very few herbs that compare to garlic. It is an effective blood thinner, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-oxidant, and immune system stimulant that promotes heart health and is also proven to lower cholesterol.
My favorite use: garlic can literally knock out a cold or flu in less than 24 hours if used in conjunction with the right dietary protocol and adequate sleep.
The best way to take it? Raw. Yes, this can be intense, but if it’s a little hard on your palette imagine how uncomfortable it is for the critters in your gut that are making you feel lousy.
If I was only allowed to keep one herb in my medicine bag, garlic would be it.

Mental Health Awareness with Sara Troy and her guest Michael Fischer, on air from September 29th
HOMELESSNESS EXPERT: Community advocate and President of New York’s-Central Park South Civic Association, Michael Fischer, discusses the crisis-level homeless epidemic. The highest number since America’s Great Depression.
Over the past decade, Alison Eisinger has helped more than 1,000 people experiencing homelessness in Seattle register to vote. This year, despite the stakes involved in the U.S. presidential election in November, Eisinger isn’t making the same effort.
Seattle already has 7,000 individuals who lack shelter, a number that could swell if a moratorium on evictions is lifted.
“It would be irresponsible for us to think that voter registration is a top priority for someone who is wondering where they’ll get their next meal, or lay their head,” said Eisinger, who directs the King County Coalition on Homelessness, a nonprofit group. “Even for those of us who deeply, profoundly believe in the power of organizing and voter registration, we’re focused on other things, because that’s the nature of a crisis.”
The same dynamic holds true across the country. Between 30 and 40 million American households may face eviction this year, according to one recent study. A federal program to block evictions for a third of the renting population has expired, as have eviction moratoriums in more than half the 50 United States. Others may run out just weeks before the election.
Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from September 29th
Who are you really? are you living from the inside out? or are you living by everyone else’s expectations? Do you feel disconnected from your beingness? Do you feel disconnected from your life? Has society told you who you should be?
We have been so conditioned to live by others standards, other expectations, others dictations. It is hard to know who we really are when we live from all those external pressures.
Society, religion, education, parents, they have all molded you to survive to a life of conformity, not a life where you think, feel, and live for yourself. We are in an area of self-discovery and self-ownership and self creativity, allow yourself to become who you were divinely designed to be, for that perfectly flawsome imperfect self is where your gift lays.
We are not here to be robots mindlessly obeying without thought, we are here to be an individual cell in a collective cell structure, bringing our authentic abundant instrument to the orchestra of life. We are one in the collectiveness of human and universal life.
When you are willing to go through your own self-discovery, journey into your authentic soul, heart, spirit, and mind, you will then truly understand your gift and your meaning of life.
Purpose, we all seek it, we all need it, we are all have one, we will only discover it when we discover our true selves.
Now is the time we need your flawesomeness, your beautiful joyful creative spirit, and mind, for you are a solution in a world of turmoil, and we need you to be all of whom you are in all of your divine abundances.
Do not be afraid to be you, to ask for help, to discover where the sorrow and pain comes from, and to take away its power and empower your own worth courage, and strengths. We have here on self-discovery media and community, people who have journeyed before you, and now share their skill, knowledge, and wisdom so you may apply it to your own extraordinary life.
YOU ARE ENOUGH, SO BE THE PERSON YOU ARE MEANT TO BE AND SHARE YOUR ABUNDANCE.
