Your Health is Your Choicewith Sara Troy and her guest Susan Kewin, on air from October 25th
As women, we experience various life stages. From puberty through womanhood, our bodies develop and evolve. We become mothers, focus on our careers, or juggle both.
With age, hormonal fluctuations occur during perimenopause, which causes menstrual changes such as shorter, longer, or irregular cycles. Likewise, 12 consecutive months without a period, marks menopause. Hormonal profiles plus physiology of younger and maturing women differ. We want women to transition comfortably and as symptom-free as possible at any stage of menopause.
I am 64 years old. I have 4 living children and 4 wonderful grandchildren. For the past 10 years my husband and I have been very active in serving the homeless community our city. Giving back has always been a passion for me. I was taught growing up to leave where ever I was a bit better than I found it. I want to leave this world a bit better than I am finding it. That includes helping women live their midlife experience better than they are living it.

Choose Positive Living with Sara Troy and her guest Yochi Utebi, on air from October 25th
Polish your mind to repel the negative influence of ill wishes
The Divine Protector – Master Salt Begins
Yoichi Utebi, Producer on The Divine Protector: Master Salt Begins and Happy Science lecturer
For most of us, the word ‘curse’ brings fantastical images of black magic, witches’ cauldrons, and a little “eye of newt and toe of frog” to mind, especially as the Halloween season rolls around. But though we may be tempted to believe they are merely fantasy, curses can, in fact, be a very real manifestation of negative thoughts.
Knowing that our thoughts shape our reality, most of us have focused on using the power of positive thinking and acts of love, to try and create harmony, happiness, and success in our lives. However, we cannot ignore the existence of the negative alongside the positive in this world. If we are not mindful of our negative thinking, what Buddhist teachings call the “Poisons of the Mind,” we stand the chance of allowing those thoughts to grow strong enough to actualize harm on ourselves or others. Yes, there is power in positive thinking, but there is equal and opposite power in negative thinking.
What are curses and how are they manifested?
What are the Three Poisons of the Mind?
Greed
Anger
Ignorance
Jealousy is the most common source of curses. Why is that?
Our thoughts can create curses, but they can also attract them. How is that?
How can we repel curse?
What does it mean to “Polish the Mind,” and how does a pure, clean mind repel curses?
Yoichi Utebi is a producer and world lecturer for Happy Science. Born in Japan in 1968, Utebi grew up in Beirut, Lebanon and New York City. Raised in a rare Japanese Christian family, he was deeply touched by Muslim culture and the beauty of Lebanon during his formative years in Beirut. However, the Middle East also exposed Utebi to the horrors of war, as he and his family dodged bullets and bombings before fleeing to London and back to Japan, leaving everything behind in a sudden evacuation. In the 7th grade, Utebi moved to New York for 10 years, where he was exposed to friends from multiple cultures and ethnicities. His rock band produced a popular album and gained quite a following in the city before Utebi decided to forego his musical pursuits and return to Japan.
After 12 years of experience in marketing and senior management at various American IT companies in Japan, Utebi joined Happy Science in 2010, where he quickly rose to Director of International Communications. Utebi is currently a minister and world lecturer for Happy Science’s and a producer on The Divine Protector – Master Salt Begins.

“for the love of Music” with Sara Troy and her guest Michel Pascal, on air from October 25th
Who are you Michel Pascal and what is YOGANANDANCE? I am a French meditation teacher, author, film director and singer, born in Paris, and living in LA. As a singer, I’ve performed at Carnegie Hall close to every year, from 2016, and also with Myron McKinley, the Music Director of the Legendary band, Earth Wind and Fire. I started to sing on stage at the age of 9, also in churches and cathedrals. At 16 years old, I became a professional singer in France.
In life, a lot of us set ourselves up for higher expectations, especially in a field such as production where it’s a bit oversaturated. We want to be the best, and the ones who make it are the ones who don’t settle for anything less than that. We all have times when we realize we need a break, or we need changes in our daily patterns. Sometimes we just don’t know what the next step is, or where we should take ourselves through this path, and only after taking a hiatus do, we truly understand what to do. See, we all have this tendency to be afraid of change or to stray away from things that might bring change to our lives. But for what? If you have the right mindset and good intentions, then the change will only make you a better person. French meditation teacher, author, film director and singer, born in Paris, and living in LA. As a singer, performed at Carnegie Hall close to every year, from 2016, and also with Myron McKinley, the Music Director of the Legendary band, Earth Wind and Fire.
His passion is to combine Hip Hop and spirituality. When he composed the song Yoganandance, he felt the soul of Michael Jackson guiding him for the groove. He played all the instruments, with loops, and real parts. He started to create a loop, between Hip Hop and BeatBox. He comes also from jazz music, scat, so it is his passion to create groove, and to combine loops and real vocal patterns. He did not want to quantize his voice, in order to keep the authentic inspiration as raw as possible, because for him, Hip Hop is also a music from the roots of who we are. After he wrote Yoganandance, he brought it to his friend, the incredible sound engineer producer, Esteban Calderon, in his studio in LA, and immediately they felt something very special, deep. This song will close Yogananda The Musical, like a feast to celebrate The Divine Energy. More than ever, we need to meditate…Musical narrated by Temple Hayes
