Choose Positive Living with Sara Troy and her guest Dr Tamara Stephens, on air from September 17th
My background was consumed with low self-esteem, depression, and suicidal ideation. Conventional therapies such as medication and therapy did not work for me. However, by reading self-help books and integrating spiritual practices into my daily life, I broke through limiting beliefs and began living a life of progression and joy. I am passionate about sharing my journey and the lessons I’ve learned along the way with others. I believe that when individuals live more joyous lives, they contribute to joyous communities, and when communities are grounded in progression and joy, they can create an ever-expanding ripple effect of positivity and well-being across states, countries, and continents.
